Then after onboarded and trained could be in the office 3 days/week. We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join REV Group\'s Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, the Compensation Manager will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing REV Group\'s compensation programs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and best practices. They will work closely across all of HR and with members of the Finance team to consult on compensation best practices and ensure the compensation programs are aligned with business objectives and support efforts to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Advising local HR teams on compensation best practices. Lead the company\'s annual salary planning, including running the annual merit process, and the company\'s annual bonus and long-term equity grants via the company\'s human capital management system. Ensure jobs at the company are properly aligned to the market, and participate in salary surveys. Oversee the administration of the company\'s equity compensation plan. Support Senior Director Total Rewards with preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board. Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes related to compensation practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop communication materials and provide training to managers and local HR teams on compensation programs, policies, and practices. Manage relationships with external vendors such as survey providers, and equity plan administrators to support compensation program design and administration.
