RiverSpring Health Marketing & Comm. Coord in Bronx, New York
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator role at the RiverSpring Services Corp. a Management Services Organization by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, will ensure that the team and our agency partners operate efficiently, effectively and with maximum impact. This role will have a range of critical responsibilities including project management, asset management, drafting content, reporting on KPIs, and supporting other special projects. The hours for the position are Monday through Friday - 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, the ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and staffing of events. Manage the library of campaign assets including printed materials, photography, videography, etc. Create and manage marketing calendar, production timelines, and scheduling deadlines. Work with the web team to ensure sites are up to date and refreshed. Build and send internal and external communications via email on organization’s platforms. Draft web content, fact sheets, media advisories, press releases, newsletters, blogs, collateral, and other communications. Analyze and report on marketing and sales data, including leads, calls, and web traffic to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and plans. Perform certain administrative tasks, such as vendor onboarding and invoicing.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple, changing priories and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent writing and editing abilities. Superior attention to detail. Self-driven working style; resourceful problem solver. Proven collaborator able to work across functional teams. Desire and passion for working with a mission-driven organization.
Compensation: Min: $32.9670 hourly - Max. $35.7142 Hourly
