The HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting our people leaders and influence and drive our people processes and priorities as well as take part in strategic projects. In this role, you will work closely together with one of our Senior HR Business Partners and support managers within our Global Acute Care Diagnostics business unit comprising of R&D, Clinical & Medical affairs, Marketing, and PMO.

This position is part of the Global HR organization and is based at our entity in Brønshøj Copenhagen, with the opportunity for hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with business management and the full HR team to deliver on a variety of tasks within the business unit from operational people related matters to strategic initiatives.

  • Take part in delivering on our strategic projects within areas such as Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Organizational Change Management

  • Be part of a highly engaged and ambitious HR team where we have a strong focus on collaboration and development.

  • Explore and utilize our portfolio of Leadership programs and trainings including our LEAN toolbox called Danaher Business Systems (DBS).

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • You hold a relevant degree within Human Resources, Management or similar.

  • You have some years of experience as an HR Business Partner and are familiar with the typical tasks within the role, like employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, and leadership sparring.

  • You enjoy hands-on execution but is also motivated by more conceptual design work.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Ideally, you have an analytical mindset and can use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with reorganizations, clarifying Roles & Responsibilities, Talent assessments and strengthening leadership

  • Use of Workday or similar HRIS System

  • Knowledge of Change Management practices and relevant tools, such as Prosci ADKAR.
