What you’ll do

  • Foster an Inclusive Culture: Champion a compassionate environmentcommitted to authenticity, innovation, and inclusivity to enable ourassociates and business to thrive.

  • Strategy: Advance our diversity and inclusion strategy while aligning andexecuting a cohesive approach that integrates new and existingcorporate initiatives, policies, programs, systems, and proceduresthat cultivate an environment where all can thrive; evaluate andexecute on diversity & inclusion goals and close critical gaps.

  • Partnership: Partner with Cytiva leaders across business and HR to design anddevelop innovative diversity & inclusion practices. Partner with Danaher diversity & inclusion office to share standard methodologies, support the Danaher Diversity vision, and ensureall Danaher programs are appropriately cascaded throughout Cytiva.

  • Associate Value Proposition in I&D space: Develop and deploy effective internal and external communications, branding and upskilling to influence participation and perceptions of Cytiva as an employer of choice, committed to the attraction, retention, and development of all.

  • External Community: Establish robust external partnerships through participation on councils, conferences, task forces, and professional affiliations as required to strengthen diversity &inclusion solutions, perceptions, and impact with Cytiva and to external audiences.

Who you are

  • Has operated effectively in and has experience leading a global, multi-site, high performance organization

  • Have a clear point of view and demonstrated leadership experience in Inclusion & Diversity minimum 5 years

  • Possess a strong mix of analytical sharpness and intuitive, creative pattern formation in problem solving

  • Skillfully work with and influence business leaders utilizing strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Focus on and care deeply about cultivating a strong employee experience

  • Display a fierce passion for building high performing organizations
