ManpowerGroup South Tulsa Administrative Assistant Needed in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining smooth operations. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

  • Performing filing and organization of documents.

  • Handling invoicing and billing processes.

  • Scanning documents and maintaining electronic records.

  • Scheduling maintenance calls and coordinating service requests.

  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

  • Utilizing MS Office applications for various tasks.

  • Covering the front desk and greeting visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
