Our group

At Physical Failure Analysis group (PFA), we develop and maintain the software for automation of operation of Scanning Electron Microscopes. Our solution is essential for our customers from semiconductor industry to identify errors in the production of semiconductor components and advance their research and production, to make them more robust, reliable, energy efficient.

We are looking for a software product owner in our PFA team to accept a change and join a new team in a well-established international company. Take over the responsibility for a product which is used in automation of the scanning electron microscope to deliver a nanometer precision allowing development of the worlds smallest chips and memory modules!

The Position

  • Translate the customer value propositions and requirements into meaningful, industry-leading software (sub)products, that delight our customers.

  • Define the product roadmap and own the backlog for development and deployment of new innovations and drive successful new product introductions.

  • Gather feedback on a regular basis and use this information to improve the products.

  • Make the product backlog visible and transparent. Clearly express product backlog items, ensuring the development team understands the items to the level needed.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by optimizing product performance, improving reliability and stability, continuously balancing the introduction of new features.

  • Support product development budgeting, process improvement and quality assurance.

  • Cooperate with international and multidisciplinary teams of developers and engineers to ensure effective research and development of product features.

  • Actively participate and support agile development core team.

Education/Experience

  • A university degree is required, the software domain is preferred.

  • 3+ years in product owner or project management role

Requirements

  • Understanding of software development processes and tools.

  • Sense for agile development. Experience with Scrum is an advantage. Experience with SAFe is nice to have.

  • Knowledge of a project management and issue tracking system such as Jira orJama.

  • Ability to lead the teams in a multisite and multidisciplinary environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel abroad.
