AT&T Manager Network Service in Brno, Czech Republic
Job Description:
In AT&T we are currently looking to hire Manager of Network Service team.
The team will be responsible for the overall reliability and operations of AT&T TDM Voice Networks, performing both fault and lifecycle management to deliver platform technical support on a 24X7 basis to include triage, investigation and remediation of acute and chronic issues that span multiple platforms and technology environments.
The Manager will have team members in both Brno and Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:
Ensures performance metrics are achieved, increasing productivity, reducing unit costs, managing budget and performance of team.
Communicates with clients on operational issues, handles escalations, and notifies Client Services of high severity and chronic network issues.
Performs complex problem solving during critical outages.
Manages personnel development, coaching, and conflict for team members.

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience
Understanding/knowledge in network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues involving
Understanding of Network and Performance Management
General knowledge of Class 5 Switching ( 5ESS, DMS, EWSD, AXE)
SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and transport connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC, DDM, etc...) desired
Understanding of IP Protocols, Service Applications and Multicast | Understanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 Protocols
Understanding of RF and Signaling techniques
Teamwork and collaboration, strong organizational, strong English communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Working location:
AT&T Brno office
Hybrid model - work from home/office split
Working time:
Flexibility to work on afternoon/night shifts
Shifts mostly ranging from 3PM to 3AM
