AT&T Lead Technical Product Manager in Katowice, Poland

Job Description:

The New Product Development team is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to help us build new services and improve our existing services for internal and external customers. You will work closely with other teams (network, security, operations) and experts to identify opportunities to launch new products and continually improve our existing products.

We need strong technical candidates with proven ability to develop ideas independently, strong analytical capabilities and persuasive writing skills. Candidate should have a strong background in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Key capabilities and job responsibilities include:

  • Customer-obsessed professional who will work backwards from our customers and take our products to the next level.

  • Generate and shepherd creative ideas, both large and small, that bring value to customers and the business.

  • Work closely with research team in conducting customer and stakeholder interviews to formulate product vision, define the features and strategic product goals.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineering and design to ship product experiences that customers love.

  • Routinely collaborates with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisions.

  • Develop product roadmap and feature definitions. Participates in planning and life cycle for all products and services.

  • Owns and manages the feature backlog.Continuously prioritize featuresbased on the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

  • Engage frequently with the operations and development teams; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.

  • Responsible for maintaining the technical health of the products, applications, and services in scope of work.

  • Monitor customer feedback, response, and metrics; develop plans to support growth and scale the business efficiently; drive continuous solution improvements.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with cross functional team and/or performing hands on technical tasks.

  • Partner closely with go-to-market teams to make sure potential customers understand how the product can benefit them.

  • Work closely with a geographically distributed team, including engineering, product, and go-to-market execution.

As an ideal candidate you demonstrate:

  • The ability to dive deep with a willingness to learn what you lack.

  • You can review system designs and have a good sense of feasibility, operational stability, and time to deliver.

  • You have exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions Strong product leadership.

  • You have a history of innovative product definition backed by good judgment.

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.

  • 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience

  • Experience delivering large-scale Software Defined Networking, SaaS, or PaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cyber security domain

Location:

This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.

Working hours:

EMEA, approx. 9am-5,30pm (with some flexibility)

Compensation:

Salary for Czech Republic starting from 121 000 CZK gross monthly.

Salary for Poland starting from 19 600 PLN gross monthly.

The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
