onsemi LAYOUT MASK DESIGNER in Brno, Czech Republic
to produce layout with respect of schedule and free of errors
to follow layout methodology, matrix and process
to make themselves acquainted with the used technologies
to perform chip level floor - planning & routing
to assist with block place & rout and custom layout if necessary
to perform chip level LVS / DRC
to help designers to provide all requirements required for efficient layout execution
to share / reuse methodologies and tools with other design centers
to improve the efficiency of layout process using improved methodologies, tools and metrics
to be familiar with the mask prep process to provide all required data / inputs
to test new technology files
to provide correct inputs for planning – time schedule
to make themselves acquainted with requirements of QS9000/TS16949 for layout and act upon that to deliver required records (documents)
to develop personal skills and knowledge of CAD tools
to plan, distribute, follow and check layout tasks in the project layout team
to optimize use of all resources – labor, technical equipments, rules to influence positively personnel skills and relations in a team, share technical experience with others to provide leadership and mentoring to new engineers to follow company working rules, applicable legislation and rules, requirements, company quality policy and company requirements in area of working safety and health protection, fire protection and environmental policy, and to participate in continuous improvement in these areas to cooperate in creating, implementation, maintenance and development of quality system and ensure high standard of quality
