Job Description

The Role – Director of Product Management, NetSuite - General ERP

Oracle NetSuite is looking for a highly motivated Director of Product Management to join our product development team for NetSuite - Shared Application Services. You would help us develop amazing software that delights our customers. Our team’s focus is on supporting of core ERP/CRM/HCM services of business applications and supporting applications built on NetSuite platform. We apply our deep understanding of broader ERP knowledge to help internal teams and external customers meet their business needs in rapidly changing business conditions. As Shared Application Services director, you are expected to grow and empower your Product Managers and guide them in their career growth. You will have exposure to NetSuite Value Stream leaders and top leadership, and work with them to align & deliver on strategic goals.

The candidate must be extremely bright, be collaborative, have excellent communication, and be able to run an effective team. Your responsibilities

  • Deeply collaborate with a team of software developers, QA engineers, UX designers and Product Managers.

  • Lead roadmap process for our organization to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of new features and defect resolutions

  • Empower, grow and lead Product Managers in your organization

  • Collaborate with Development and Product management to deliver great product

  • Help with changes of internal ceremonies and processes to increase effectivity of the organization

Ideal candidate

  • You grow & empower other Product Managers in your organisation

  • You are collaborative with excellent communication skills

  • You can balance collaboration with respectful assertive leadership

  • You have a great ERP product knowledge

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management

  • 3+ years experience in managing other Product Managers

Responsibilities

As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
