Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight of fundraising and marketing tasks including but not limited to:
Establishing fundraising goals and developing strategies to achieve them
Organizing fundraising events
Developing marketing and public informational strategies, designing promotional materials, and managing social media presence
Identifying potential grant funding sources, writing grant applications, and monitoring post-award grants
Cultivating relationships with donors, grant agencies, and sponsors to increase repeat donations and donor retention rates
Communicating: Communicating with other departments within the organization to ensure goals are met
Tracking progress: Submitting regular reports and tracking progress towards goals

Marshall County Healthcare Center Avera in Britton, SD is seeking applicants for a new position responsible for fundraising, grant writing, and marketing functions.
This position will join a highly functional team to lead the development of strategies and processes to move our facility forward in our financial and public relations goals.
Grant writing and marketing experience preferred; enthusiasm and collaborative skills required.
