We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Admin for our client, a dynamic company in the HVAC industry. This role will involve collaboration with the sales team and various marketing initiatives. There is growth opportunity in this role. salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Sales on sales reports and following up on quotes.

  • Help create content for the website, print materials, and electronic communications.

  • Manage the website and ensure it aligns with the headquarters' site.

  • Organize product announcements, customer giveaways, and trade show materials.

  • Handle mailing activities and requests for literature.

  • Provide reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ROI.

  • Coordinate preparations for trade shows and follow up on sales leads afterward.

  • Implement marketing campaigns from start to finish.

  • Develop and maintain a social media presence.

  • Experiment with different marketing strategies, including content creation, paid ads, SEO, and lead generation.

  • Assist the sales department with various tasks as needed.

  • Help collect and report sales data.

  • Work with Inside Sales to fulfill customer requests.

  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales when necessary.
