Locations: Several programs are available across the Greater Bristol area (New Britain, Plainville, Bristol, Wolcott, and Southington)Hours: Day and evening. One weekend day availability is a must.Pay Rate: $17.75-$18.50/hour
Your Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support to adults with diverse mental health and behavioral needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including assistance with taking meds, cooking, cleaning, volunteering, socializing and being creative!
Facilitate appointments, ensuring the utmost attention to each individual’s needs.
Inspire community engagement through activities like work, volunteering, and events (e.g., Special Olympics).
Foster positive behavior, socialization skills, and goal achievement.
Maintain thorough documentation for individualized plans and progress.
Collaborate with nurses, behaviorists, and nutritionists to deliver individualized care.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Willingness to learn—no experience needed!
