The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our highly successful property consulting team. They operate in a fast paced, commercial environment that will utilise your attention to detail and strong administrative skills in creating and coordinating various documents within Microsoft Office.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative duties including job management, forecasting, updating databases and preparing material for meetings and mailings.

  • Support the team in creating proposals, presentations and reports.

  • Reconcile expense reports, and general administration

  • Report typing, processing invoices, accounts payable and receivable

About you:

  • Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed

  • A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
