The Opportunity

• An experienced Project Manager to join our growing Consultancy team

• Lead and deliver multiple commercial fitout projects typically up to $10m at any one time

• To work within a client-side advisory division focussing on delivering fitout / refurbishment / reposition / capex projects under the CBRE construction model

• Collaborate with other CBRE business lines, cross selling our services to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Tertiary qualified with Project Management experience within the local commercial fitout/refurbishment or client-side advisory sectors

• Able to deliver multiple, fast paced projects at any one time

• Effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders

• Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
