    Client Manager | Brisbane

    We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

    The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with colleagues and team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of their portfolio. This Client Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with regional leadership to drive positive results in the region.

    What the day will look like

  • Leading a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries including education, community, manufacturing and others

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience.

  • Identifying development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design of appropriate servicing solutions

  • Developing new and profitable business within the Commercial segment

  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the Commercial business

  • Achieving your renewal and new business budget

  • Mentorship and development of team members within the region

  • Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

    Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:

  • Previous experience as an Insurance Broker

  • Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products

  • Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance

  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities.

  • Experience or interest in mentorship and/or team leadership

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience

  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure
