Job Description: Ariens Nordic Center is seeking a part-time Trailhead Coordinator. This position requires a service-oriented team player, who can effectively manage an array of tasks while providing an exceptional customer experience to Ariens Nordic Center guests. This position is located in Brillion, WI. DAY TO DAY... Responsible for opening and closing duties for Ariens Nordic Center/Trailhead Building Support the Ariens Nordic Center leadership team Ensure Ariens Nordic Center spaces are clean and always organized. Maintain cleanliness of venue including cleaning floors, windows, and empty garbage, etc. Adhere to facility safety standards, lead safety protocols and procedures as necessary Ensure excellent levels of customer service while interacting with guests and vendors Oversee retail shop within the Trailhead Building; including working a register to sell passes, rental equipment, apparel, race entries and fulfill online orders Restock retail items and keep the retail space organized Oversee Ariens Nordic Center pass sales and season/annual pass holders; manage communication with pass holders, teams and the overall Ariens Nordic Center email inbox Lead trailhead operations during event days First point of contact for all guests at Ariens Nordic Center All other tasks are assigned based on the needs of the venue QUALIFICATIONS... Minimum 1 year of retail-related experience Must be 18 years or older Able and willing to get First-Aid/CPR Certification upon hire Able and willing to get Alcohol Beverage License upon hire Basic math skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle...
