Job Description: AriensCo is on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Manager to ignite new equipment sales by crafting and executing a powerful strategy aimed at national, regional, and local lawn maintenance contractors and government agencies. This thrilling opportunity oversees the Midwest Territory. THE DAY TO DAY... Drive new equipment sales opportunities withnational, regional and local lawn maintenance contractors and government agencies by formulating and executing a focused strategy Develop and manage a process for new customerprospecting; develop business relationships, ultimately scheduling appointmentsand closing sales Use comprehensive knowledge of the LSC market and keytarget accounts to approach the decision-makers and understand the buyingprocess in a defined regional area Manage business results by leveraging existingaccounts and developing new proposals; identify and know key targets within the region; lead development and servicing of national accounts Communicate and coordinate between designatedlandscape and lawn care organizations, government agencies, and all necessary Ariens functions Develop a successful program and educate DMs andDealers on how to approach, sell, and follow up with an LSC client Prepareweekly activity reports of business transactions, update competitive activity, and provide feedback for product enhancements or new product development Manage activities within the expense budget Attend various trade and landscape shows with the goal tonetwork and meet...
