Hiring Field Service Technicians in Denver, CO

Start in our shop to gain in-depth training and grow into an independent service technician.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00hr (based on experience)

Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial mechanic experience

• Experience with diesel and electrical systems (up to 4160 mid voltage, 480v)

• Maintenance/Repair skills

• Experience with overhauling compressors

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting our fleet, performing diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment, and conducting preventative maintenance.

• You will document all work daily, using company-provided hardware and software, and optimize processes within your territory.

• This role based in Brighton, CO, involves travel to customer sites within the region.

Work Environment:

• Mid-sized shop environment with a smaller service team, responding to emergency calls every 2-4 months.

• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with minimal overtime.

• Pay varies based on experience, ranging from $32-38 for service technicians, potentially going above $40 for those with 10-15 years of direct experience
