Sr. CRM Business Process Lead - Life Sciences

Role description:

  • Leading and building a life science-specific consulting team in the commercial area
  • Leading and driving strategic and process transformation projects within the LS industry in commercial tower
  • Facilitating relationships with key business leaders (including C-level) within the programs
  • Participating and leading proposal offers from the consulting perspective
  • Driving consulting offerings within the LS industry
Key criteria
  • Worked in Life Science Industry in the Commercial Space
  • Either worked significantly on the pharma / med tech business side inhouse, or at management or process consulting (internal or external)
  • Should have worked for multiple life science organizations in the past
  • Experience within the industry at least 10 years, better 15+
  • Has extensive experience in leading large-scale programs and projects from the business process side
  • Has a deep understanding of HCP engagement and patient support processes
  • Can show proven experience in omni-channel setup / activation and possibly AI driven NBA approaches
  • Working in large-scale, global program setups including strong technical streams
  • Has had strong exposure to Commercial CRM solutions, particularly - but not exclusively - Salesforce and Veeva
  • Strong technical architectural understanding of the industry specific ecosystem
  • Industry- and tower-specific reporting, analytics and Gen AI understanding
  • Outstanding soft skills, communication and presentation skills in large workshops with global teams. Very good at PPT presentations, content creation, prototype demonstrations.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - 195,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
