We are seeking a Senior HR Manager - Business Partner who will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to several of our U.S. commercial business leaders. As a human resources business partner to key commercial U.S. business leaders, the Senior Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for developing and driving organizational and people strategies aligned to the business strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience and will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain high performing talent. Lead talent management process and partner with business and HR leadership in support of activities such as succession planning, career-pathing, etc.

  • Guide leaders through talent movement and strategic organizational design decisions and execution.

  • Coach leaders and managers to maximize the effectiveness of their teams and individuals and solve for complex organizational issues.

  • Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

  • Support businesses through annual performance management and compensation cycles.

  • Clearly communicate and work effectively at all levels of the organization. Support major change initiatives, strategic workforce plans, and successful organizational development.

  • Partner with internal HR functional leaders and HR business partners to identify trends and opportunities for improvement to drive high employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree a plus.

  • 10+ years of directly applicable HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a rapidly changing environment with proven expertise driving sound employee relations practices and engaging talent. Experience in a regulated health care environment preferred. Medical device experience is a plus.

  • High learning agility with a proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a lean organization with an entrepreneurial culture.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated competence in employee relations and knowledge of employment laws.

  • Solid track record of developing and implementing HR projects and programs to drive change and improve organizational and leadership effectiveness.

  • Strong oral and written communication, project, and time management skills.

  • Expertise with HRIS systems, MSWord suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SuccessFactors a plus.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of a remote work location and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
