Summary
The Sr. Manager Global IT Compliance leads the IT Compliance team to ensure that the organization's IT systems and processes follow regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. They focus on supporting IT SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance and act as a liaison between the IT department and external audit teams. Additionally, the IT Compliance Manager oversees and participates in a variety of audit projects, including PCI, SWIFT, and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance, operational audits, and statutory audits. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening IT governance and compliance practices at PVH.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance:
Coordinate the implementation and execution of IT controls and processes to ensure SOX compliance.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IT systems to identify potential compliance gaps.
Collaborate with Control & Process Owners to remediate any identified deficiencies or weaknesses.
Draft, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT SOX compliance processes.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Stay current with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IT compliance, including changes in SOX, PCI, SWIFT and GDPR regulations.
Audit Liaison:
Facilitate the audit process and ensure smooth interaction between external audit teams and the PVH Global Technology departments, addressing any blocking or critical issues.
Collaborate with external auditors to support statutory audits specific to regional requirements.
Control Validation and Testing:
Design, implement, and test IT General Controls (ITGCs) for SOX compliance.
Partner with internal and external auditors to facilitate the evaluation and validation of SOX controls.
Proactively identify control deficiencies and recommend remediation plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed tracking of compliance-related activities, including audit timelines, testing cycles, and remediation efforts.
Develop and present regular compliance reports to senior management, highlighting risks, progress, and improvement opportunities.
Serve as the primary contact for all compliance related inquiries and updates
Team Management and Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective allocation of control related tasks, providing development opportunities to enhance team skills in compliance and risk management.
Build strong relationships with various departments and stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in IT compliance, IT audit, and SOX compliance, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are highly desirable.
Proficiency in risk management, audit methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
Analytical approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Project management skills to plan and complete audits and compliance initiatives effectively.
