Bausch + Lomb Omnichannel Manager (Hybrid) in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Omnichannel Manager is a strategic role responsible for managing day to day operations for omnichannel customers. Sets strategic direction, manages assortment, competitor research, and promotional plans. Works closely in ensuring a true Omni business plan with deep understanding of instore execution with digital compliments to the shopper experience. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and progress opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession.


  • Own Omnichannel digital strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, sales strategy, and finance.

  • Identify selection opportunities, including product bundles, product innovation and promotional offers to drive incremental growth.

  • Develop communication plans to ensure poor product reviews/experiences are tracked and addressed.

  • Manage 3rd party marketplace seller central strategy for Amazon.com and Walmart.com and 3PL vendor selling relationship.

  • Responsible for online brand protection and counterfeit issues including implementing Transparency program, monitoring top marketplaces sites, brand registry, and vendors responsible for unauthorized reseller takedown.

  • Implement customer policies to protect brand from root causes of excess inventory going onto the 3rd party marketplace.

  • Partner with Sales Strategy manager to ensure annual planning template includes Omnichannel and key digital tactics.

  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and curious, demonstrating an aptitude for problem solving and ability to quickly learn and add value.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: ability to summarize and present actionable information from complex data.

  • Ability to build close working relationships and drive data-driven recommendations and decisions with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance).

  • Knowledge & in depth understanding of key retail POS metrics.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to make quick/calculated decisions, and ability to perform effectively in a team and individual work environment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) and with analytical tools.

  • 5 years’ experience in Consumer Sales, Marketing, or Digital Commerce.

  • Preferred location is Bridgewater, NJ, Remote option available.

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work location allowing for up to 2 days/week in a remote work location and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office. A remote work option is available.
