Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 4 to join our team at one of our high-profile accounts in Bridgewater NJ! the current food landscape is 1 corporate cafe that is open for Breakfast and Lunch, Coffee Bar, and High-End Catering Operations. The ideal General Manager 4 will spend 6 months at this account and move to 1 of 2 of our other accounts about 20 miles away.

The General Manager 4 will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily hospitality services. The General Manager will manage the client relationship, budget/finances for the operation, leading and developing the team of 2 salaried managers and 15 to 20 hourly employees.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house

• Financial acumen, managing budgets

• High end catering experience

• Experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff

• Innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost

• Customer driven and strong track record in organizational development

• Superior client relations skills and executive presence

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Target Salary is 90K plus bonus
