Infosys Limited Business Analysts P&C domain in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Infosys is looking for Business Analysts P&C domain (Personal and Commercial lines) to be part of our Insurance Practice (Domain Consulting Group). Candidates must have experience working in projects related to lines of businesses - Business owner's, Commercial Property, Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella etc.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJ or Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC be willing to relocate to the area.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience working with industry leading Claims, Billing or EHR systems.
Must have Agile Product Development Methodology.
Create Journey Maps that re-imagine/re-define the healthcare problematic process areas.
Experience and familiarity with P&C Claim are a must with-
FNOL& Claim Intake.
Assignment Services.
Claim Reserve.
Claim Financials.
Various Claim payments.
Appraisal, Subro and Salvage process.
Claim reports and CCA.
Claim Fraud detection.
Experience in New Business and Claims as a business analyst is preferred.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in one or more of the following skills in P&C / Reinsurance domain -
Scrum/Agile experience in an SBA / TBA role or similar on an Agile Team environment.
Excellent understanding of how to operate in an Agile Team setting.
Strong collaboration skills
Applied experience with large scale, complex IT projects
Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, Quality Center, Rally and JIRA a plus.
Demonstrated ability to understand and work across multiple business domains in support of projects
Ability to partner with development teams that support various technology platforms
Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise.
Prior experience working with tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Qlik.
Special combination of technical skill and business acumen, along with a high degree of confidence.
Logical reasoning and deduction skills
AI awareness

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
