Manage maintenance techs and specialists so that all areas of plant operation are covered as required. Follow maintenance guidelines for food and worker safety.. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedule. Review, prioritize/schedule, assign work orders and verify that work is performed satisfactory. Manage parts inventory. Minimize equipment down time. Requires 7-10 years experience. Blue Seal Refrigeration, Black Seal Boiler and welding skills a plus. Experience in meat processing/food processing a plus.
