County of Cumberland Intern Job Coach (Seasonal) in Bridgeton, New Jersey

Job Coach for Wawa Summer Youth Employment Program Division of Employment and Training 4 Positions Available Salary Range: $25.00/ hour

Duties: Visit shore stores weekly. Meet bus pick-up locations weekly.
Trouble shoot issues with youth, wawa store managers and transportation provider (ex. transportation issues, no call/no show, poor work performance, etc.) Encourage and provide guidance to youth. Complete weekly reports (narrative report and caseload report) Meet deadlines.

Knowledge: Knowledge of computer applications (basic excel spreadsheets, email)

Requirements: Employee of one of the following high schools is recommended: Bridgeton High School, Cumberland Regional High School, Millville High School, Vineland High School, and CC TEC. Must be available on weekdays and weekends. Must be available some nights to troubleshoot issues that may arise. Must be able to drive to shore locations in personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Possession of a valid New Jersey Driver's License.

Note: Offers of employment for this title are contingent upon successful completion of physical fitness testing that includes drug screening, and verifications of clean driving record. With ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
