West Virginia Employer Associate Director - Customer Service in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Job Summary: In this role, the candidate will manage a group of 15-20 professionals who are responsible for the engine after-sale maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events at the employer in Bridgeport, WV, and in the Regional Service Center Network. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team works in a cohesive manner to complete the responsibilities below.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits while working with the shop operations team to ensure customers orders are on-track to commitment date. Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results; provides updates and prepares presentations to executive leadership. Ensures that employee engagement and development is a top priority. Enables and empowers the team to produce results in a rapidly changing environment, while leading the selection, training, and mentoring of professionals on the team and holding team members accountable for meeting customer commitments. Leads continuous improvement events to ensure an involving and improved customer experience. Responsible for improving entire processes or systems. 10% of Travel as required
