Insight Global IT Technician in Bridgeport, Connecticut

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 2 motivated Desktop Support Technicians to join the infrastructure team at the largest healthcare system in Connecticut. In this role you will be responsible for installing, configuring and overseeing the maintenance of a variety of devices across 2 hospitals. Issues involve both software and hardware problems for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. It is expected that this person addresses a minimum of 10 tickets per day within a fast-paced healthcare setting. This person needs to have excellent client interfacing experience, they will be supporting employees desk-side and will be walking around the campus. It will also be expected that this candidate is able to work independently if need be.

Skills and Requirements

Hands on experience with Technical Support in a Windows environment

 Utilizing ServiceNow as a ticketing system or similar

 Great Customer Service personality for deskside support

 Ability to drive your own vehicle if need be

 Vaccination against COVID-19 and the Flu null
