Texas Elite Staffing Staffing Sales Specialist in Bridge City, Texas

**Positions Overview: as a Staffing Sales Specialist, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base. You will be responsible for contacting clients and visiting onsite refineries and plants. Build relationships with new and existing clients.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities: Managing customer inquiries, conducting sales activities, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives. Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities; and opening new accounts while expanding business at existing accounts. Basic knowledge of all kinds of industries: manufacturing, industrial, refineries, construction, and logistics/warehouse. Establishing and growing customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Knowledge of staffing and recruiting services Including temporary, permanent, and dire-to-hire. Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared before deadlines. Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management daily. Perform various administrative and marketing support duties related to daily operations. Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, gain new business, and maintain good customer service (12 - 15 site visits a day) Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements: At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry and marketing. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. In-depth knowledge of staffing strategies and sales marketing. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills. Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations.
