- Processing and organizing collected information and preparing it for presentation.
- Posting open roles on various platforms and researching databases to find candidates.
- Posting Job fair material on social media and marketing about the current projects.
- Prepare staffing marketing and research materials for new contract projects.
- Co-ordinate with other marketing departments throughout the day for new projects
- Prepare every week job fair marketing material and do marketing on-site or outside the locations.
- Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
- Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory.
- Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business.
- Work to ensure mutual goal setting and achievement standards with the agency projects concerned professional attitude, and appearance toward agency staff, referral sources, and candidates.
- Leads obtained from candidate interviews/reference checks (provided by recruiters), networking events, business publications, etc.
- Cold Calling to identify qualified prospective customers and the appropriate decision-makers.
- Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales.
