Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Brevard, North Carolina
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enrollments, and handle repeat order opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and updating customer records in our systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a detail oriented manner
• Handle new customer enrollments and manage repeat order opportunities
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to their orders
• Update and maintain customer records in our systems
• Exceed quality and quantity performance standards through efficient work
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product offerings
• Foster effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Exhibit proficiency in using personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications
• Support the department's leadership team in achieving departmental goals
• Adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the departmental management team. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including a customer-first mindset and the ability to resolve complaints professionally.
• Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.
• Knowledge of order entry systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
