Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Partners closely with property management as conduit between copany and property management. Manages needs of employees, office space, and ongoing maintenance/upgrades. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as well as invoicing and billing requests for facilities and HR teams. Coordinates office moves, including ancillary offices when needed. May serve as coverage for reception desk when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

  • No Licensure or Certification Required.

  • Facility maintenance for headquarters and satellite offices which must have working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and moves

  • Ensure facility work orders are completed in a timely manner

  • Maintain company vehicle with maintenance, tag renewals, titles

  • Office supplies administrator for headquarters and satellite offices, create new or delete user ID’s, order standard office supplies weekly and breakroom (CoreMark and Supra Office Solutions)

  • Monitor data center annual fire and preaction testing with vendor’s onsite
