• Account Receivables – ensuring 90 and 120 stay within budget.

• Monitoring and Maintaining SLA on operational task.

• SLT Management

• Succession Planning and Talent reviews

• Job Description

• Salary Ranges and Market surveys

• Core Value training.

• Lunch and Learns and additional all company training

• Performance Management Process

• Business Continuity plans

IT and Systems

• Data query and new reporting need

• Systems management

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting automation

Qualifications

• Required 10 years of previous operational experience

• 4 year degree required

• MBA preferred

• Quarterly travel required

• Previous industry experience in Transportation/Cannabis/Supermarket insurance markets

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 to $225,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
