Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with exceptional communication skills? We have an excellent opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated Client Operations Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage billing and reconciliation processes for a diverse range of clients, utilizing Excel spreadsheets daily. You will evaluate and address issues, follow escalation procedures, and maintain direct communication with the Client Relations team and/or clients. Additionally, you will keep the billing database updated and act as an intermediary between the Printing Production department and the Client Relations team. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work some weekends/holidays (if/when needed)

The pay range is between $18.50-$19/hour depending on skills and how the interview does (interview will be conducted in person with the client).

This is a 100% onsite position with long-term potential and the possibility of permanent placement.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily and monthly reconciliation of production output to generate billing data

  • Act as a liaison between Production and the Client Relations teams

  • Interact with multiple production systems to ensure client instructions are communicated downstream

  • Complete work with accuracy above speed, and escalate if the (Service Level Agreement) SLA cannot be met.

  • Evaluate basic situations, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations and/or the client to ensure movement of output. Request assistance as needed from higher level teammates

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
