U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (MATERIAL) in Bremerton, Washington

Summary You will serve as a STRATEGIC ANALYSIS BRANCH MANAGER in the Compliance & Strategic Analysis Division, Supply and Logistics Department of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, track, analyze, and manage hindrance of production and operation originating from material causes. You will provide guidance and oversight for high-level program analysis and studies rendering advice and supporting evidence to the Division Head on critical strategic matters. Analyzes and leads resolution of problems within the material planning, ordering, handling, and supply chain processes. You will plan and assign work, provides guidance, and administrates the branch through subordinate supervisors and direct reports. You will lead and direct the development of complex data mining tools to identify problem areas or negative trends; determines and initiates necessary corrective actions. You will oversee the maintenance of existing, or development, issuance, and implementation of new, material processes, policies, procedures, instructions, training, notices, forms, or templates. You will stay abreast of local and corporate information technology (IT) initiatives including changes to and replacements for existing applications and development of new technology solutions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating naval vessels production materials (e.g. investigation of deficient production materials to identify magnitude of impact and recommend solutions) to strategically plan material processes, improve practices, policies and procedures while adhering to laws and regulations of an industrial supply and logistics program.
