Der/Die Area Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die optimale (Umsatz-) Entwicklung der Region und befähigt als empathische Führungskraft und starker Vertriebscoach seine Mitarbeiter, auf die sich ständig veränderten Rahmenbedingungen und Anforderungen im Außendienst agil zu reagieren und sich weiterentwickeln zu können. Der/Die Area Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) berichtet an den verantwortlichen Sales Director.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Erreichung der Umsatzziele und KPIs

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von regionsspezifischen Zielen und Projekten

  • Partizipativer und integrativer Führungsansatz:

  • Förderung von Eigenverantwortung und Empowerment der Mitarbeiter und des Teams

  • Hohes Maß an Integrität und Vorbildfunktion

  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit auf Peer- und Regionsebene etablieren und fördern

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Medical, Field Access, Strategy & Operations und weiteren wichtigen internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern

  • Business Unit spezifische Aufgaben:

  • Regionale unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für das gesamte Hem/Onc Portfolio inkl. Omnichannel Umsetzung und Account Management mit Unterstützung und durch Steuerung des Customer Engagement und Operation Excellence Managers

Qualifikation für die Position:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium und/oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum geprüften Pharmareferent gemäß §75 AMG

  • Bestehende Kunden- sowie Indikationserfahrung

  • Führungs- und Coachingerfahrung

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)

  • Routinierter Umgang der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen

  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis

  • Reisebereitschaft
