Our Bids, Tenders and Contracts team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Bids, Tenders and Contracts Specialist in Netherlands.
This role will be focused on commercial Bids, Tenders and Contracts for the Benelux region. The position can be split between office and remote working with regular time spent in our Breda office.
How you will make an impact:
As a Senior Bids, Tenders and Contracts Specialist you will analyze, develop tender and contract management strategies, and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop tender strategies and project manage tender responses for the Benelux region
Provide guidance to sales managers and reps to manage effectively bids and tenders, lead improvement projects
Develop improved processes based on Identified opportunities for innovations/optimization
Perform complex data analysis and generate reports
Remain up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
Act as a Quality and compliance specialist for the local organization (ISO, SOX, SOPs, internal/external controls)
Perform Tender identification and assessment
Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling
Accountable for productivity and quality metrics, and provide regular standard progress reports and quality metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders
May provide guidance and coaching to more junior level team members
Other incidental duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or proven track record of strong relevant experience
5 years' experience with bids and tender management, previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing required.
Contract management experience would be beneficial.
What else we look for:
Experience in Medical Devices and or life science setting would be a desirable
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch, and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
