We are seeking hardworking, motivated window glaziers and door installers with carpentry experience. Prior experience installing glass units, replacing windows, and other commercial & residential applications preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. Requirements: Glass door & window installation experience preferred Must be currently located in or around Summit County. Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance is a must. Effective troubleshooting skills. Frequent communication with internal and external contacts. Must be able to exchange appropriate information in these instances. Good verbal and written communication necessary coupled with common sense judgement. Reliable transportation; Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Other Tasks: Develop positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other external clients. Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely manner and follow up until each issue is closed. Follow all policies and procedures set forth to ensure a safe working environment. Skill Requirements: Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand tools and power tools. Willingness to abide by all workplace safety, safe lifting, and safe handling procedures. Deliver high quality work that is accurate, complete, and well-organized. Productively use time to meet multiple deadlines. Operates with a sense of urgency in completing tasks but know when to ask for help when needed. Takes ownership of project and responsibility for own actions. Benefits: PTO Health Ins. Vision Ins.
