What You'll Do:
The Reservations Lead plays a vital role in our guests' experience and the operation of the resort. This position will be responsible for answering phones, educating potential guests, upselling rooms and additional products, and enter booking information in our reservations systems. This role will also lead the function by providing technical support for Reservations Agents and providing expertise to the Reservations management team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and maintain a courteous disposition despite stressful situations. Must be available for some weekend and holiday shifts. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Position is located on-premises in Breckenridge, CO.
Position starts at $20.00/hr + DOE + Commissions
Duties/Responsibilities:
Guide guests through the booking process and enter booking information into the reservations system
Answer guest inquiries and educate guests on resort offerings
Upsell rooms and additional products
Assist Reservations Manager with execution and management of SOPs for daily, weekly, and monthly reservations tasks
Provide technical support and expertise to Reservations Agents
Assist management in training new agents
Maintain extensive knowledge of PMS system and all reservations duties
What You'll Bring:
1+ years hotel/resort reservations experience - required
1+ years customer service experience - required
Experience with Springer Miller SMS - preferred
Experience working with MS Office suite - preferred
Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
