What You'll Do:
The Group / Wholesale Reservations Agent will be responsible for assisting the Sales Department in entering reservations for group bookings and also be the primary contact for Wholesale bookings. The position will own the group booking process by building group rates, conducting group audits, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and communicating with all involved parties. The Agent will also liaise between the Reservations, Sales, and Conference Services departments to ensure both smooth resort operations as well as that the guests are properly informed. The Wholesale duties will include inputting Wholesale/OTA reservations, answering questions from Wholesale partners, and maintaining OTA extranets. The ideal candidate will have a precise eye for detail; be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; and come with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Position is located on-site in Breckenridge, Colorado or remote in the state of Colorado
Position starts at $21.00/hr. + DOE + Commission
Duties/Responsibilities:
Enter Group and Wholesale bookings into the reservations system
Build group rates, conduct group audits, and ensure guest satisfaction
Answer questions and inquiries from Wholesale and OTA partners
Communicate with all involved departments of all group sales-based information
Maintain OTA extranets
Additional office and administrative tasks
What You'll Bring:
1+ years Hotel/Lodging reservations experience - required
1+ years Wholesale/Group Sales reservations experience - preferred
High school diploma or equivalent - required
Proficient at written and verbal communication in English - required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
Related hospitality experience - preferred
