Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in Brea, California, United States. The role includes creating visually appealing designs, managing multiple design projects, and presenting concepts to internal clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized image and file library and staying updated on the latest design trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including magazines, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant tools to create and edit designs.

• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Receive and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

• Conceptualize and create complex designs for diverse media projects, demonstrating creativity and innovation.

• Ensure all creative deliverables align with the brand standards and contribute to the overall brand strategy.

• Develop complex animated graphics and infographics to effectively communicate key messages.

• Maintain well-organized image and file libraries for efficient workflow and access to digital assets.

• Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to maintain a cutting-edge approach to graphic design.

• Present design concepts to internal clients, effectively communicating design rationale and strategies.

• Provide graphic arts, design, editing, document printing, audio/video support, and specialized multimedia support as needed for the design, development, maintenance, and updating of graphic arts, multimedia, and marketing materials.

Requirements • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro

• Demonstrated skills in animation and video editing

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

• Ability to create and edit digital images and layouts for various media platforms

• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as required

• A portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
