Description and Requirements
The Digital Transformation Business Partner plays an important role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions within the context of digital transformation initiatives. They collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effective integration of technology solutions. The primary focus of this role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for digital transformation, managing projects, addressing system issues, and acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Proficiency in SAP and project management experience are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
Digital Transformation Planning and Implementation:
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization within the organization.
Develop and implement strategic plans for digital initiatives in alignment with business goals.
System Integration and IT Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.
Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.
Issue Resolution and Bug Fixing:
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues reported by business users.
Coordinate with IT teams to address bugs, defects, and other technical issues promptly.
Project Management:
Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and project management.
Good understanding of SAP systems and modules.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1750 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
