We are currently looking for an Assurance & Activation Manager to help as provide high level services to our customers. Please note: this is a maternity cover contract. Main Responsibilities: Ensure all announcements, including activations and CMR changes, are executed on time with 100% data accuracy , meeting end-to-end SLA requirements. Manage the full activation of new customers in internal databases to enable seamless product ordering. Work with Account Service , MS Dynamics 365, LI CRM, SAP, and other internal systems to maintain customer data and support operations. Maintain and update customer profiles , ensuring data integrity and compliance. Set up and manage exceptional processes such as cross-border orders. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Global Logistics, and other internal teams to align processes and drive efficiency. Develop a deep understanding of process complexities and their impact on customer orders and Lenovo departments. Build strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Logistics, AR, Finance, Tax, etc. through regular interactions and reliable partnership. Drive and serve as a role model for efficient communication , ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Identify gaps in existing processes , proactively seek solutions, and guide the team toward improvements. Lead or actively participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. Position Requirements: Experience in Customer Fulfillment or Sales Support (inside or outside Lenovo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Project management experience , with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills , using data to drive decisions and improvements. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
