Eurofins NSC - národné servisné centrum servisuje spoločnosti Eurofins na Slovensku v oblasti personalistiky, mzdovej agendy a účtovníctva a spoločnosti  v holdingu Eurofins CEE a SEE región v oblasti finančného kontrolingu a reportu.

Eurofins NSC - national service center serves Eurofins companies in Slovakia in the field of human resources, payroll and accounting and companies in the Eurofins  holding for CEE and  SEE region in the field of financial controlling and reporting.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Zabezpečenie podkladov k spracovaniu miezd v spolupráci s externou mzdovou agentúrou

• Evidencia, spracovanie a kontrola dochádzky

• Komplexné spracovanie personálnej agendy (vznik, priebeh, zmeny, skončenia pracovného pomeru zamestnancov)

• Príprava pracovných zmlúv, dohôd o pracovnej činnosti, dohôd o vykonaní práce, dohôd o brigádnickej práci študentov

• Digitalizácia personálnych dokumentov a ich riadenie elektronického archívu

• Zdokumentovanie interných postupov a spracovanie manuálov pre zamestnancov

• Koordinácia spolupráce s externými dodávateľmi (zdravotná služba, školenia, atď.)

• Ďalšie administratívne činnosti súvisiace so mzdovou agendou (napr. štatistika)

Čiastočný pracovný úväzok možný -  od rozsahu 20 hodín týždenne 

Mzda : 1200.-€ hrubá mzda za plný pracovný úväzok

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

• SŠ vzdelanie s maturitou,

• prax v oblasti mzdovej agendy výhodou

• základná znalosť pracovného práva, mzdovej a daňovej problematiky, problematiky soc. a  zdrav.   poistenia

• pracovitosť, dôkladnosť, samostatnosť, zodpovednosť

• základná znalosť anglického jazyka pre komunikáciu v rámci medzinárodnej spoločnosti

• výborná znalosť práce s PC (Word, Excel, e-mail),

• bezúhonnosť
