Job Description

The Brand Manager position is an office-based role within the Rheumatology team of our Immunology department, located in Bratislava.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies including tactical plan, creation of brand materials and ensuring the consistency of branding.

  • Monitoring use and effectiveness of in-field materials and proposes improvements to 8Marketing and IFT colleagues;

  • Supporting the in-field team in their tactical execution;

  • Continuously interpretating CLM data to better understand and segment customers;

  • Collaborating with the brand team on important strategic decisions;

  • Supporting Marketing colleagues in the development of the strategic Brand Plan, forecasting, KPI monitoring and budget tracking as appropriate;

  • Operating within the guidance of all appropriate business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, marketing, business related field, or equivalent;

  • Proven track record of success in similar position at least 3 years with previous experience in field role within an international pharma company is a must;

  • Strong interest in innovative medicine needed, experience in immunology, rheumatology and/or oncology are a big advantage;

  • Slovak language proficiency verbally and in writing;

  • English language skills on communicative level including good understanding of written texts;

  • Exceptional presentation and PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and digital experience;

  • Team-player exhibiting strong customer orientation skills and high level of flexibility.
