Lifetime Destinations HVAC Technician - Branson's Nantucket in Branson, Missouri
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services for the HVAC systems across our multiple locations, including resorts and other facilities. This person will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and have the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Job Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and develop and execute repair plans to address these issues.
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure that all HVAC systems are installed correctly and meet safety and building code requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities and ensure that all required paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
