Adecco is assisting an Auto Auction in recruiting for a current Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher opening in Brandywine, MD . This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues their customers experience. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
Take incoming calls from our customers and provide excellent customer service.
Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
Process orders and assignments and enter data into our internal computer systems.
Reference pricing and delivery information.
Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests.
Set up new and maintain existing records.
Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
Assist with other duties around the office to help.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years minimum work experience.
Ability to work OT if needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
High call volume experience required
Dispatch experience preferred.
Type at least 30wpm.
Must have great attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Perfect attendance is a MUST!
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation. (NOT METRO ACCESSIBLE)
Schedule: Full-Time – 8:00am-5pm
The pay for this position is $17/hr. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers. Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
