Req Ref No: DKNJSC2 Location: Branchburg, NJ Duration: 6.0 months Description Description: Inventory Control Temp Key Responsibilities Daily Activities Update Jobsheet error report Job sheet processing for NJ, PA and FL locations. Including checking Dispatching orders when they are ready to ship Process Tags for Vendor returns Filing and Archiving Inventory Control Complete warehouse transfers Transfer Slow Moving Off Grade (SMOG) cylinders out of the system prior to disposal. Generate cycle counts and enter count information into system Investigate cycle count variances Reporting / Metrics Maintain Job Variance report Maintain Duplicate Report Update metrics timely for management review Required Qualifications Business related experience 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, customer service or finance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data entry skills that ensure accuracy of data Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel Proficient at google sheets and analytics Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner For future candidates, the manager is looking for the following: -Recent college graduate. prefer business and supply chain would be optimal. -Experience in inventory management during internships or recent work experience. -If they have experience in SAP that is a plus. -Looking to bring someone on that looks at this position as an opportunity to add value with hard work and continuous improvement mindset to drive improvements in current processes and will help us transition to our new ERP. -This role is very transactional now, but we are looking for someone that is willing to do many daily transactions but they are always looking for ways to help us improve processes.
