Job Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for delivering excellence and accuracy while embodying IKO’s core values. You will be optimizing demand and supply within our North American network, supporting our company goals and vision of setting industry standards.

When You Join Us You Will Be;

  • Assist with daily reporting of production and shipments across the IKO network

  • Develop and support team metrics

  • Monitor network and plant inventories; develop recommended stocking plans

  • Perform ad hoc analyses to identify potential challenges and opportunities

  • Develop models to support current and future supply chain plans

  • Support in ERP system implementation and in preparation of plant schedules

  • Maintain plant work orders and transfer orders to align with schedules

  • Develop monthly Supply Review presentations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role

  • Educational background in Supply Chain Management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power Query is a plus

  • Training or experience in Supply Chain disciplines such as scheduling or inventory management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy

  • Desire to learn and grow
